🫐TIRAMISU WITH BLUEBERRY COULIS🫐 Ever since one of our brides asked us to make tiramisu dessert cups for her wedding in July last year, Chef Michael has been loving making this absolutely delicious dessert again! It’s not on our standard individually plated dessert menu as it’s quite time consuming to plate for a large event, where there’s a strict time schedule like there is at a wedding, but he’s been “whipping” it out (haha - I’m so funny!) for some private and corporate functions. We have catered for this family before and it was a pleasure and honour to be asked back to cater their sons wedding. What a day we had yesterday! The wedding of Alex and Alex!
