🫐TIRAMISU WITH BLUEBERRY COULIS🫐 Ever since one of our brides asked us to make tiramisu dessert cups for her wedding in July last year, Chef Michael has been loving making this absolutely delicious dessert again! It’s not on our standard individually plated dessert menu as it’s quite time consuming to plate for a large event, where there’s a strict time schedule like there is at a wedding, but he’s been “whipping” it out (haha - I’m so funny!) for some private and corporate functions. What a day we had yesterday! The wedding of Alex and Alex! There’s nothing more special than connecting with our couples and working so closely together that, on the wedding day, you feel like long lost friends! We had the best time celebrating this gorgeous couple’s special day! We provided pre-ceremony drinks on arrival for the guests, 5 canapés during an extended cocktail hour, full bar service throughout the night, banquet (shared platters mains) and a round of espresso martinis to wash down the cake for dessert! We love working with our couples to create unique and personal experiences with them and this was an epic, fully customised, two day FEAST!!!
